The RBSA Members and Associates Exhibition 3rd December to 24th December.

This year I’m exhibiting two paintings: ‘Festival’ and ‘Moorlands’. Both paintings present found shards of ceramic, the ‘Art of the Potteries Past’. I’ve painted the broken fragments onto a birch wood palette. Found objects from Stoke on Trent, a decorative connection to our heritage.

The ING Discerning Eye is a show of small works independently selected by six prominent figures from the art world: two artists, two collectors and two critics. This year I’m delighted that artist Nicola Green has selected my oil painting as part of her section of the exhibition. ING Discerning Eye 13th -23rd November, Mall Galleries, The Mall, London SW1, admission free.

The urgency of a top restaurant. A tension and professional balance between ‘front of house’ and ‘artist chef’. Choice words have been exchanged; there are pressures of timing and food excellence. This is the edge, the sharp end; we are 'At the Glass’.
