I'm honoured to have been awarded First Prize at The Grosvenor Museum's 12th Open Art Exhibition

This year 206 artworks from a submission of 567 were chosen by selectors;

Maxine Bristow, Programme Leader MA Fine Art, University of Chester.

John Renshaw, Emeritus Professor of Fine Art, University of Chester.

Peter Boughton, Keeper of Art, West Cheshire Museums.

I was presented with First Prize by Sarah Maxfield, Area Director North, Arts Council England, who opened the exhibition.

The Private View Evening was very well attended and it was great to meet so many creative people.

Congratulations to Peter Boughton and The Grosvenor team for such a diverse and interesting exhibition.

I'm exhibiting a couple of small oil paintings as part of The Wirral Society of Arts Annual Exhibition. The Society has been displaying work at The Williamson since 1950, and shares this exhibition with the Wirral Art School Degree Show.
